Continuous hank dryers with automatic squeezer
ALEA hank dryers represent the best compromise between capital investment and efficiency of the drying system. The dryers model MNC, completely re-designed and engineered in 2020, permit to improve the efficiency of hank to cone process reducing problems of entanglement. The hanks are loaded on the dryer using the dyeing poles and there is no handling of the hanks by the operator. Hanks are automatically squeezed and the drying uniformity is granted by rotation of the hanks during the drying process.

By means of perforated drums wool tops are dried with high efficiency effect because air is sucked through the perforated drums and gets through the tops.
